The $249 base tier covers homes up to 3,000 conditioned sq ft. If your plans show a different size tier, we confirm the price with you before starting.

• Up to 3,000 conditioned sq ft: $249 — order Manual J →
• 3,001 to 4,500 conditioned sq ft: $349 — order Manual J →
• 4,501 to 6,000 conditioned sq ft: $449 — order Manual J →

Over 6,000 conditioned sq ft or three or more systems: email hello@wsec.ai with your plan set for a quote.

What you get

• Room-by-room heating and cooling loads and whole-house totals
• Envelope, windows, orientation, and design temperatures matched to the jobsite
• Inputs worked through with you and traced to your plan set

We work through the inputs with you until they match what you're building. If the building department sends back a correction on our calculation, we fix it at no charge. Design changes after delivery are quoted separately.

Examiner review + Manual J — $349

Add plan review, credit selections, and a WSEC-R compliance package to Manual J. Base bundle covers homes up to 3,000 conditioned sq ft; larger homes are quoted separately.

Your $25 wizard payment is credited once toward the $149 review or $349 bundle on the same project. It does not apply to standalone Manual J.

After payment

The confirmation page tells you where to send your plans. Send floor plans, elevations, the window schedule, assembly notes, and the jobsite address. We work through the inputs with you before delivering your calculation.
