Prepared by an ICC-certified Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner — the same certification your building department's reviewer holds.

Tiers are conditioned floor area from your plan set. If your drawings land in a different tier than you paid for, we tell you before starting and refund or invoice the difference.
Over 6,000 sq ft or three or more systems: email hello@wsec.ai with the plan set for a quote. Secure checkout by Stripe; the confirmation page tells you where to send your plans.

Manual S and Manual D
- Manual S equipment selection — +$50 on any tier. Note it in the order form at checkout, or reply to your receipt; it is invoiced with the report.
- Manual D duct design — by quote. Email hello@wsec.ai with the plan set and the Manual J (ours or an existing one).

- Report delivered within two business days
- If the department kicks it back, we revise free until it clears
