We review your plans and work through the credit selections with you until they match what you're actually building. If the building department sends back a correction on our work, we fix it at no charge. Design changes after delivery are quoted separately.

The review above plus room-by-room heating and cooling loads. Base tier covers homes up to 3,000 conditioned sq ft. For larger homes, email hello@wsec.ai with your plans for a quote before paying.

After payment
Upload your plans and fill in the project intake. We work through the credit selections with you before delivering your compliance package. For the bundle, we also work through the Manual J inputs with you.
